In less than five months, our team transformed the ground floor and levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 into functional office space for Change PM on behalf of Quintessential Equity.
We also managed client procured items including workstations and furniture to complete the fitout. It was a staged handover requiring complete floors to be finished to an agreed deadline, so that the floors could be occupied the day after handover.
To ensure smooth delivery, an approved traffic management plan was put in place for the rear and front of the building. Deliveries were booked on site, with areas in front of the building sectioned off for certain time periods to ensure efficient deliveries with minimal impact to street traffic.
