The scope of works involved the ‘making good’ of level 10 and 12, and bathroom upgrades on level 10, 11 and 12.
The completion of works through a live lobby was a concern for the client. Our team conducted weekly project control group meetings to discuss the programme with all stakeholders, allowing us to assess options and arrange completion times for noisy works to avoid disruption. Our extensive experience operating in a dual hotel/office environment allowed us to achieve a fantastic outcome for ISPT.
