This space featured a data centre and an array of high-quality finishes and services.
A high level of communication with the client side project manager, engineering and base building consultant, as well as the client (who was overseas) was essential. Our team was onsite throughout the whole project to ensure a smooth delivery.

The aim of the ANZ “Open House” Project was to refresh and activate level 10 of 833 Collins St, ANZ’s Global Headquarters. Level 10 had previously been under-utilised and the goal of the project was to make the space more approachable and provide greater amenity for ANZ’s staff and customers.

SHAPE were engaged by Altis Property Group to complete the Base Building upgrade, façade upgrade and new End of Trip facility with outdoor gym and running track at 191 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne; previously the iconic Holden Office building.

SkyCity Casino Adelaide engaged SHAPE to transform an unused space into an amazing new bar, live music venue and Pirate Life microbrewery. Utilising innovative 3D modelling to complete the modularization of the floor, roof and overall structure, the plan was then brought to life over a 26-week construction period.

SHAPE was engaged by Linked PM to complete a redevelopment of the Ground Floor Lobby and Plaza for 11 Waymouth Street. The building had recently been acquired by Mapletree and their goal was to transform the building’s presence to a high-performing commercial accommodation for current and future tenants.

Partnering with Altis Property Partners and Forge Venture Management, SHAPE are completing The Rider Boulevard Façade Replacement projects. Both assets were clad in a combustible Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP). The buildings totalled a combined 8000m2 of ACP and was to be replaced with a solid aluminium cladding.

Spanning four floors of the newly constructed building, the fitout included over 600 open plan workspaces, 51 meeting spaces, 27 collaboration spaces, training rooms, kitchen, breakout spaces and a centralised feature stair. The staircase itself was a standout piece, requiring complex slab demolition and featuring a stunning timber branded wall.

The regeneration of 231 Elizabeth Street aimed to deliver the first of its kind, Property NSW CBD hub. This large scale project had a strong focus on safety, environmental impact and absolute top level quality. These works were delivered under a AS4902 Design and Construct contract.

SHAPE was engaged to undertake the base-building upgrades of 10 Richardson Street, West Perth which provided the asset with state-of-the-art facilities - improving end-user experience.

SHAPE was selected by ASIC, to complete the fitout of their Sydney Head office at 100 Market St, in Sydney’s CBD. Featuring an eye-catching colour palette, and a spacious open floorplan, this 5-floor fit-out features glazed partitioned offices, meeting facilities inclusive of AV, and breakout facilities, new carpets and ceilings, architectural joinery, new lockers, workstations, feature wall panelling, specialist lighting as well as two high-end specialised hubs that allow for large town halls and to cater for hundreds of people, all whilst adhering to SCEC requirements to protect the secure floors.

The scope of works included the installation of new bike racks and a bike repair station, fit-out of Female and Male bathrooms, including toilet partitions, showers, beauty bar, lockers, joinery, drying cupboards, ironing stations and steaming station.

The fitout is designed to encourage collaboration, with open-plan offices, numerous informal lounges, large breakout spaces, smaller kitchenettes throughout, hub areas for both the IT and tech departments, as well as a complex state-of-the-art AV system.

The KPMG Project included the integrated fitout and refurbishment on Levels 7, 8 and 9 of the new Constitution Place building. SHAPE were awarded the project and presented with floor plates that were warm shell for levels 7 and 8 and a cold shell for Level 9. The design for the fitout incorporated an even spread of spending across the working floors (7&8) and specialised spending on level 9.

Due to our strong working relationship with the client, SHAPE was once again trusted to collaborate with WeWork and Architectus to bring to life their latest co-working space at 320 Pitt Street, Sydney. Co-ordinating teams across three different phases, this project required the demolition of an existing office design and base building service area, followed by the fitout and commissioning of premium office space on the ground floor and from levels 2 to 11. To maintain traction, this project was divided into three different phases for staged delivery, each consisting of 17 weeks.

Our Northern Territory SHAPE team were engaged via Sandran Property Group to facilitate a refurbishment of the Jacana Energy office under a two-stage Design & Construct contract in early 2020. SHAPE worked closely with the External PM, Knight Frank to successfully meet the project's budget.

eHealth NSW entrusted SHAPE with the expansion of their existing tenanted office space in Sydney, the team sought to consolidate their teams from other locations, as well as provide a uniform workspace aesthetic and functionality throughout. This required the team to increase the office capacity by expanding over three floors of their building.

The project required the transformation of a large warehouse into specialised office, workshop and training spaces for the Toyota Training Team, including five training rooms equipped with AV for presentations, fume exhaust systems allowing the use of a vehicle turned on inside of the rooms, a secured workshop to facilitate training to cars which have not been released to the market, warehouse space for simultaneous training in multiple cars, equipped with exhaust extraction, compressed air and oil systems, a vast storage area for all car parts and tools used during training sessions, and fleet parking for 39 cars.

Two of our ACT Team members were recently sent on a three-month secondment to complete an office refurbishment project in Hobart, Tasmania. The scope included the demolition of the existing space to create an open plan work area, and additional kitchen breakout space and quiet zones, the team also upgraded bathrooms and added locker rooms. Due to the job's wharf location, the team worked closely with Tas ports and AMSA as the bathroom's drainage had to be accessed via barge by the plumbing contractor.
