The project involved the demolition of the old building and the construction of a new café/bar/restaurant and external courtyard. Heritage preservation works to the heritage listed Holme Building and services upgrades (electricity, mechanical and audiovisual) to the bookable function spaces were also required. Our team installed a new materials hoist in the back of house catering commercial kitchen area and a new personnel lift to serve the level 2, 3 and 4 function spaces.
