2025 Annual General Meeting
SHAPE’s 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 2:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 at Level 11, 155 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Shareholders are invited to attend the AGM in person or by joining the live meeting online by registering via the link below.
Shareholders joining the AGM online will have the ability to submit written questions during the meeting or may do so in advance.
SHAPE FY26 Full Year Results
SHAPE presented its FY26 Full Year Results on 19 August 2026.
Commenting on the results, SHAPE CEO Peter Marix-Evans, said:
